Passion Project
What is the Passion Project?
A Passion Project is a project that advances your learning about a career/post-secondary interest you may pursue after graduation OR advances your passion about self-improvement, community improvement, etc.
Requirements
Every passion project is unique and will require each student to stretch their ability to challenge his/her limitations while at the same time being reasonable and doable.
Each passion project must:
Be aligned with a post-secondary pursuit or a passion a student is interested in learning more about.
Be substantiated by evidence - images, videos, journals, shadow/mentoring/internship sign-off sheets, recorded interviews, industry certifications.
Be approved by a panel of teachers no later than February 4, 2022.
Be presented to a panel of teachers from the district on May 16, 2022.
For more information on the Passion Project please see the PHS Passion Project Guidance for 2021-22 document.
